Mayor Wu has a 30-point lead over her main challenger Josh Kraft, according to the results of a poll commissioned by the Boston Globe and conducted by Suffolk University’s Political Research Center.

The survey, conducted July 13-16 and published on Monday, included a sample of 500 Bostonians and showed 60 percent supporting Wu and 30 percent supporting Kraft.

Two other candidates who will appear on the September preliminary ballot— Domingos DaRosa and Robert Cappucci— received 3 percent and 1 percent, respectively. Seven percent of those polled were undecided, according to a Suffolk press release.

The poll also showed Wu with a strong favorability rating — 66 percent as opposed to 28 percent who see her unfavorably. Kraft, a first-time candidate, has a higher unfavorable rating, 42 percent, according to the poll, which the Research Center notes has a margin of error of 4.4 percent.
