A three-part series examining the history and legacy of redlining, blockbusting, busing, and desegregation in Boston will begin next week in Codman Square.
The first session, on Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at 86 Southern Ave., will be facilitated by Lewis Finfer of Massachusetts Action for Justice.
A second session is scheduled for Tues., Sept. 22, also from 6 to 7:30 p.m., and the series will conclude on Sat., Oct. 3, with a walking and bus tour from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. focused on the history of segregation, resistance, and change in the neighborhood.
A brown-bag lunch is planned for the Oct. 3 event. Space is limited.
