The Boston Planning Department will host a virtual public meeting on Thursday this week (Oct. 29) from 6 to 7:30 p.m. to review revised plans for a 5-story, 40-unit affordable housing development at 329 Blue Hill Ave. in Roxbury.
The project, proposed by Caribbean Integration Community Development, would transform a vacant, half-acre parcel into the site of a mixed-use building featuring 40 income-restricted family rental apartments and approximately 2,600 square feet of commercial space. The building would total approximately 49,620 square feet.
The meeting will focus on changes made to the proposal following community feedback on plans originally filed in September 2025. Residents can register for the meeting at bosplans.org/329BlueHillAve-1029.
