“Chopped” Cooking Class

“Chopped” Cooking Class - This past week, Chef Anthony Welch joined members of the Club’s Life Skills program for a special Cooking Class. He assisted members in preparing and cooking a delicious white bean and roasted red pepper dip with homemade pita chips, followed by take home mason jar Greek dressing over a spinach salad, all wrapped up with freshmade biscuits smothered in tropical fruit and hand-whipped cream. A fantastic experience with many lessons learned thanks to Chef Anthony!
