Charlene Rideout of Dorchester was elected as chair of the Boston Municipal Research Bureau’s board of directors at the organization’s annual meeting on April 10. She has been a member of the board’s executive committee since 2018, and vice chair for the last two years.
A partner at Kearney, Donovan & McGee, LLC, with more than 25 years of government affairs experience, she was previously intergovernmental affairs manager for the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority and legislative director for former Massachusetts state Sen. W. Paul White.
Rideout is a graduate of Suffolk University, the McCormack Institute of Public Policy at the University of Massachusetts, and Suffolk University Law School.
