Mayor Thomas Menino will be swinging by Savin Hill Ave. tomorrow afternoon, hitting up five businesses that installed signage with the help of the city’s Office of Business Development “ReStore Program.”
The swing begins at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Menino will be joined by Evelyn Friedman, director of the Department of Neighborhood Development.
The stops include: Savin Scoop, an ice cream shop at 107 Savin Hill Ave., MTV Hair & Nails at 107B Savin Hill Ave., At home Real Estate at 109 Savin Hill Ave., McKenna’s Cafe at 109 Savin Hill Ave., and the newly opened Savin Bar + Kitchen at 112 Savin Hill Ave.
