March Program Highlights - In our Education program look for Homework Help and One-to-One Tutoring and we will host a Career Builder Workshop with Harvard Graduate School students (3/6). In our Athletic program we will host championship games for the Intramural Basketball program as follows: Girls Low Rim (3/8), Co-ed 14&U (3/9) and Boys Low Rim (3/14). We will also host a Family Zumba Class (3/23). In the Social Recreation program we will host a Bantam Trip to Build-a-Bear (3/12), a St. Patrick’s Day Party (3/15), and an Outdoor Adventure Club Hike (3/29). In the Teen Program members of the Keystone Club will volunteer at the Special Olympics (3/9) and attend the National Keystone Conference in Atlanta, GA (3/20 to 3/24). We will also be holding Youth of the Year Interviews (3/11). Our next session of Art Classes will begin the week of 3/4 while the Film program meets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In the Music Program we will host a Music Lesson Workshop (3/1), a Dance Competition (3/15) and Open Mic Night (3/15). At our Denney Center Unit we will host a trip to the Movies (3/8), the Munch & Mingle (3/21) and a trip to Rollerskating (3/29). In our Aquatics program the Marr-lin Swim Team will attend the Taunton Invitational (3/2), host the BeanPool (3/3) and 10&U Invitational Meets (3/9) and attend the Regional Meet in Greenwich, CT (3/16 & 3/17). Denney Center Anniversary Party - On 3/15 the Denney Center Unit, located in the Harbor Point community, will celebrate it’s 10-year Anniversary. There will be a variety of family activities, food, tours and more. New and renewing Harbor Point residents will be free on this day. We welcome all of our members and parents to stop by.
