Abiona Justice Sharpe, 20, of Revere, was arrested in New Jersey this week on charges he helped murder a man standing on the sidewalk at 23 Wilcock St. on May 13, according to Boston Police and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office.

Describing herself as a “big fan†of the mayor and a new homeowner, the woman said she had complained about the trash to City Hall officials but nobody would get back to her.
