A portion of the Neponset Greenway trail will be closed during night time hours beginning Sunday, May 1 at 8 p.m. to “accommodate work on the Neponset Rail Trail Bridge” between Butler Street and Milton MBTA stations on the Mattapan line. The closures will happen between 8 p.m.- 5 a.m. through May 12, with the exception of Friday and Saturday nights, according to the the Department of Conservation and Recreation. “Pedestrian patterns will be clearly marked, and a work crew will be onsite,” the agency said.
