Club to Partner with Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) Summer BizAcademy – The Club is pleased to once again partner with NFTE to offer two, 2-week intensive entrepreneurship business academies this summer, hosted at Suffolk University’s Entrepreneurship Center.

Members will have the opportunity to choose one of two camps: a co-ed entrepreneurship academy focused on NFTE’s award-winning entrepreneurship curriculum, complete with creating their very own businesses, or the new NFTE Girls Empowered! academy which will also include themes, guest speakers and activities focused on girl’s leadership, confidence building, and female entrepreneurship. The program will run July 25 – August 5, 2016 at Suffolk University on a full-day schedule for members entering, or currently in high school. The award winning experiential program activities include group work, individual learning, field trips (including one to New York City), a selling event, a business plan competition with prizes, and guest speakers.

The Suffolk University’s Center for Entrepreneurship is proud to host the academies and partner with NFTE and the Club to support youth entrepreneurship in the region.

Applications are now available and are due by 3/4. Spots are limited, and are being filled on a first come basis. For information, or an application, contact Santi Dewa Ayu (sayu@bgcdorchester.org)
