Intramural & All-Star Soccer Program – Spring Indoor Soccer has begun with Clinic, Intramural and All-Star components. The 4-team, co-ed intramural league (ages 8-12) began this past week with two games. The opener saw Manchester United defeat Barcelona F.C. 4-1. Isiah Gomes (2 goals), Avonte Taylor (1 goal) and Elijah Langley (1 goal) led Manchester United while Sebastian Coyle (1 goal) led Barcelona F.C. In the second game Celtic F.C., led by Stanley Jean (2 goals), Joshua Bennett (2 goals), Justin Vicente (2 goals), Jyier Hyppolite (1 goal) and Edmilson Teixeira (1 goal) defeated Inter Milan 8-3. Christian Teo (2 goals) and Nasir Monteiro (1 goal) led Inter Milan. Congratulations to Sebastian Coyle and Isiah Gomes who were selected as the Defensive and Offensive Players of the week respectively. Meanwhile, our 12&U All-Star team will open up their season by hosting the Salem, MA Club this week. Spring Film/Photography Classes – This Spring the Media Arts program will be offering Intro To, Intermediate and Advanced Photography Classes along with Making the Short Film, BGCD Film Academy and the Film Club. Members of the Month – Congratulations to the following members who have been selected as our March Members of the Month: Chloe Krushnowski, Tony Tran, Jasmine Palmer-Stewart, Jhonathan DeAndrade, Tine Le, Rahim Bray and Alexa Lescinskas. All of the winning Members of the Month from January, February and March were invited to a celebration event held last week at our Denney Center Unit in Harbor Point.
