Sculpting: A young artist at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Dorchester shown in the Sculpture Class. The Fine Arts program at the Club offers Painting, Arts & Crafts, Sculpture, Drawing, Girls Art, Boys Art, Drama, Photography and Teen Arts classes on a weekly basis.The Marr-lin Swim Team hosted the Arlington Boys and Girls Club, bringing together two of the strongest teams in the N.E.N.E.A.P.C. League. A variety of swimmers from all age groups set new personal best times including the following swimmers in the 8 & under age group: Jordan Barrent (100 yd. Member Artwork Sent to Northeast Regional Fine Arts Exhibit
This past week the following members were recognized by seeing their artwork entered into Boys and Girls Clubs of America’s National Fine Arts competition, which is now holding five regional exhibits across the country as a follow-up to local exhibits held last month.
