College Alumni Night Event
Returning for the eighth consecutive summer, the Annual College Alumni Night will be held on Wednesday, July 29. The night will kick-off in the gymnasium with several Alumni members speaking to current members about their college experience including: what it took to get there, what college life is like and what they are doing with their education today. There will also be a concurrent workshop with a college admissions professional explaining the application process. Immediately following the panel discussions all the action will shift to the gym where a team of All-Stars from the Safe Summer Streets Basketball League will square off against a team of Alumni.
After the game everyone will be invited to the outdoor playground for a barbecue. All teen members are encouraged to attend what promises to be a fun evening. Please note that there is no cost to take part in the event. For more information please contact Queenette Santos at 617-288-7120.
