Aquatics Programs – This Spring the Aquatics program is offering Swim Lessons, a continuation of the Swim Team, 1:1 Lessons as part of project B.I.N.D., a Lifeguarding Course and Family Swims. The Lesson program offers classes every day except Fridays while the Swim Team practices Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday evenings. The 1:1 Lessons take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays while the Lifeguarding Course is held on Thursdays. Please note all of these programs require pre-registration. Spring Basketball League – The 10-team Intermediate/Senior Basketball League is in full swing with 4 teams in the Intermediate division and 6 teams in the Senior division. This past weekend two Intermediate games were held on Saturday with Georgia Tech defeating Stanford in the opener by a score of 52-38. Dana Monteiro (17) led Georgia Tech while Isaiah DeLeon (13) led Stanford. In the second game Boston College, led by Keyshawn Barnes-Lacey (30) defeated U.N.C. 57-54. Johnathan Edouard (22) led U.N.C. Regular season games will continue through early June followed by the post-season tournament. RAD Class at Denney Center – This Spring the Club will be partnering with the Boston Police Department to offer the R.A.D. Self-Defense Class for females at our Denney Center Unit. The Class is open to females in High School and Parents of Club members. The 4-part class will begin on 5/10 with the remaining classes on 5/17, 5/24 and 5/31.
