To the Editor:
I would like to announce Rachel Goodwin’s recent resignation as Artistic Director of Ashmont Hill Chamber Music. Rachel’s ability to bring exquisite chamber music programming to Ashmont Hill, and to audiences in and around the Boston area, was truly a blessing.
The Board and Advisory Board has begun the next phase of securing AHCM’s future necessary to continue what AHCM’s founder Rachel Goodwin started almost 30 years ago. Over the next several months or so we will be working on a Operation and Sustainability Action Plan along with Board and Staff recruitment. The Board members and Advisory Board members are committed to working together 100 percent toward a strategic business plan; one which will benefit the organization and our audiences for generations to come.
Ashmont Hill Chamber Music would also like to take this opportunity to thank you, our donors and audience members, for your years of generosity and loyal participation. We look forward to continue to bring the best of chamber music to everyone, while still making it accessible for all. Here’s to another 30 years of wonderful music in Dorchester and beyond!
