WHERE THEY ARE: The candidates’ schedules – 10/13/09

Get fit

..

Get fit with Mike Flaherty! Councilor Flaherty will be on the Common today for the Fitness Walk, showing that the 40 year old candidate doesn’t need his spry, youthful, 39 year old potential-deputy-to-be to look fit and healthy. Afterward, the pair visits real seniors in Brighton.

Meanwhile, Mayor Menino will be showcasing the new Silver Line 4, which will connect Dudley and South Stations. The project also has the added bonus of creating a new subject of confusion for riders wondering where silver Line 3 went, much like Watertown’s A Line.

MAYOR THOMAS MENINO:

1:45 PM Inaugural Ride on the Silver Line 4
Dudley Station
Mayor Menino will take part in the inaugural ride of the Silver Line 4 to South Station, speak about the connection the new line makes for city residents, and cut the ribbon.

COUNCILOR MICHAEL FLAHERTY:

12:30 p.m. – Fitness Walk
Boston Common

2:00 p.m. – Visit with Seniors
Brighton
w/ Sam Yoon

6:00 p.m. – Community Meeting with Mission Development
Mission Hill
w/ Sam Yoon

Agendas are provided by the Menino and Flaherty campaigns and laboriously pasted here by Lit Drop staff. Please note that plans can change on the campaign trail at a moment’s notice, but we do our best to keep it up to date.
